Complimentary Community Blood Pressure Check
Stop in to have one of the professional and caring Providers from the CHS Mobile Integrated Healthcare check your blood pressure. The best way to know if you have high blood pressure is to have it checked. Learn what the numbers mean and what they mean to your health. We will also provide you with a card with your readings to share with your physician.
The second Wednesday of each month.
Mar. 13th from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm at Chili Senior Center.
