“Have a Ball” Fitness Class via ZOOM
Young at Heart Core Stability, Strength and Balance with a Ball. This class is designed to increase core stability, strength and balance, using a small ball. Benefits include improved posture, coordination and balance with an overall increase in strength, core stability and flexibility which will prevent falls and heighten awareness of your surroundings and improve reaction time. Since we cannot meet in person, join us on ZOOM. Call to register and we can help you with the technical part 🙂
