Dick, along with his family, resides on Sunset Hill in the Town of Chili. He has been a Chili resident for more than 25 years. He attended Aquinas Institute and received his BS degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Before becoming Town Clerk, he was employed by Eastman Kodak Company, where he held supervisory and developmental positions. He had responsibility for managing budgets in excess of serveral million dollars. He was the chairman of several prestigious technical sociaties as well as a member of the Monroe County Environmental Management Council. Dick is an active member of St. Pius X Church.
