The Town Clerk's Office provides residents with various services such as;
issues dog licenses
marriage  licenses
fishing/hunting licenses,
administers handicap parking permits.
Our office also maintains all official records, such as board and committee meeting minutes, budgets and abstracts. Public records are available under the Freedom of Information Law.

For paperwork to obtain a dog license you need, updated rabies, proof that the dog has been sprayed or neutered.  The fee is $7.00 if the dog has been sprayed or neutered, and $15.00 if the dog has not.

The Tax Department is responsible for the collection of town and county taxes, as well as school taxes for our four school districts: Gates-Chili, Churchville-Chili, Wheatland-Chili and Caledonia-Mumford. This department is also available to assist residents and realtors with any property-tax related questions.
