The Town of Chili will receive sealed Proposals for the Town of Chili Community Center Facility

The work consists of site work for a New Library, Senior Center & Recreation facility at:

Rochester, NY  14624
(Behind Memorial Park, 3235 Chili Ave.)

Bid Documents may be obtained from Passero Associates at under the ‘Bid’ tab for a fee of $25.00 (non-refundable) beginning on January 8, 2019 at 9:00AM. Copies of the above-described Contract Documents may be examined at no expense at the Town Hall.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held at the Town of Chili Town Hall, located at 3333 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY, 14624 on January 10, 2019 @ 2:00 PM

Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis for the following Contracts:

  • Contract “A”: Site Work

Future contracts to be awarded the first quarter of 2019.                       

Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of each project.

Bid Opening:      Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified receiving time within the Chili Town Hall complex.

Bid Format:        Sealed envelope addressed to Town of Chili and be designated as “Town of Chili Community Center Facility – Contract “A – Site Work”

Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding.
