Job Title/Group: Ground Equipment Operator (Pay Group 2)
Full-time position(s) with the Parks Department involves general equipment operation and maintenance, general Laborer’s work, heavy and light duty tasks, mainly working outside, requiring physical endurance.
Applicants must have a strong background in ground equipment and power tools operation, and be able to perform preventative maintenance and repair of all department vehicles and equipment.
Applicants must possess a clean New York State Driver’s License, minimum Class D. Candidates are required to pass a physical examination and drug test.
The starting wage for this position is $17.09 per hour.
