Post Enactment Notice
Incentive Zoning at 269 Ballantyne Rd.
The Chili Town Board duly conducted a public hearing in accordance with the Town’s Zoning code commencing at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall on January 11, 2023 addressing the Incentive Zoning proposal for 269 Ballantyne Rd. and discussion upon the matter was had and all persons desiring to be heard were duly heard.
The Town Board, after due consideration of the comments at the public hearing and Planning Board recommendation, duly passed a resolution on March 15,2023, by a vote of 5-0 in favor, to approve the Incentive Zoning request for 269 Ballantyne Rd.
