The Town of Chili will receive sealed proposals for a material’s only bid for a future project located in Chili, New York at 177 Archer Road. Proposals will be received by the Town of Chili at the Chili Town Hall, 3333 Chili Avenue, Rochester, New York 14624 until 11:00AM, prevailing local time on August 11, 2023, for work outlined herein, in accordance with the Documents prepared by the Town of Chili. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the following place, date and time.

The Bidding Documents regarding this project may be obtained at the place identified above. There is no fee for each set of Bidding Documents furnished to prospective bidders. The Bidding Documents may also be obtained via email by sending a request to dlindsay@townofchili.org.
The work is generally described as follows:
Project Title: Material Bid for Future Cold Storage Renovation and Addition Project
Furnish and deliver all selected materials listed in the Materials Bid to 177 Archer Road.
The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under the contract.
Proposals must be made in writing on the forms furnished in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, as well as a signed copy of the Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate included in the proposal.
The Town of Chili is exempt under Section 1116 of the Tax Law and, therefore, no sales tax shall be included in the bid.
The Town of Chili reserves the right to consider bids for thirty (30) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Chili further reserves the right to reject and and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which they may deem to be most favorable to its best interest.
