The Route 33A bridge over Black Creek in West Chili will be closing on Monday March 9th to implement the construction of a new bridge. This structure is located between Betteridge Road to the west and Chili Avenue Extension to the east. The closure is expected to last six months.

Detour signs and portable message board informing the traveling public will be in place. The detour will utilize Union Street, Interstate 490, and Churchville-Riga Road.

The road will remain open to local traffic up to the work site. The new bridge is expected to open by Labor Day 2020.
