Post Enactment Notice

Rezoning of 4423 Buffalo Rd and the westerly portion of 4415 Buffalo Rd.

The Chili Town Board duly conducted a public hearing in accordance with the Town’s Zoning code commencing at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall on May 17, 2023 addressing the rezoning of the westerly portion of 4415 Buffalo Rd. (262200 131.20-1-57) from GB (General Business) to RM (Residential Multiple-Family District) and 4423 Buffalo Rd. (262200 131.20-1-58) from R-1-15 (Residential Single Family 15,000 SF min. lot) to RM (Residential Multiple-Family District). Discussion upon the matter was had and all persons desiring to be heard were duly heard.

The Town Board, after due consideration of the comments at the public hearing and review of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan, duly passed a resolution on June 14, 2023, by a vote of 3-2 in favor, to approve rezoning 4423 Buffalo Rd. (262200 131.20-1-58) and the westerly portion of 4415 Buffalo Rd. (262200 131.20-1-57) to RM (Residential Multiple-Family District).
