NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM; WATERLINE UTILITY RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT ENCUMBERING 3235 CHILI AVE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Chili, New York at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of April 2023, duly adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum, the purpose and effect of which is to grant a Waterline Utility Right of Way and Easement to the Chili Fire Department, Inc., encumbering the property located at, and commonly known as, 3235 Chili Ave. (SBL 262200 146.13-1-19.1).

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
AMENDMENTS TO SECTIONS OF THE TOWN OF CHILI TO REMOVE IMPRISONMENT FROM PENALTIES FOR OFFENSES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Local Law has been introduced to the Town Board of the Town of Chili, New York, on the 12th day of April, 2023, to amend sections of the Town Code of the Town of Chili to remove imprisonment from penalties for offenses.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing upon said Local Law has been scheduled for the 17th day of May 2023, at 7:00 P.M., to be held by the Chili Town Board at the Chili Town Hall, 3333 Chili Avenue, Rochester, New York 14624. An opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given. Written comments may also be directed to the Chili Town Clerk, Town Hall, 3333 Chili Avenue, Rochester, New York 14624, on or before 4:30 P.M. on the 17th day of May 2023. If special accommodations are required for the meeting, please notify the Chili Town Clerk by May 5, 2023. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Local Law has been introduced to the Town Board of the Town of Chili, New York, on the 12th day of April, 2023, to amend Chapter 369 (Peddling and Soliciting) of the Town Code of the Town of Chili.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing upon said Local Law has been scheduled for the 17th day of May 2023, at 7:00 P.M., to be held by the Chili Town Board at the Chili Town Hall, 3333 Chili Avenue, Rochester, New York 14624. NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM; USE OF HIGHWAY FACILITY RESERVE FUNDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Chili, New York at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of April 2023, duly adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum, the purpose and effect of which is to use up to $250,000 from the Highway Facility Reserve Fund to pay for a new cold storage building for equipment and repairs to the current garage floor, fuel island and top soil storage structure.
