NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM; SALE OF 4400 BUFFALO RD.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Chili, New York at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of July 2023, duly adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum, the purpose and effect of which is to negotiate and execute the Purchase Sales Agreement for the sale of property located at 4400 Buffalo Road, North Chili, NY (SBL: 131.20-1-20).
