For some events Chili residents will be given priority for sign up. As space allows, non-residents will have the option to sign up.

Inclement Weather – Closing procedure: If it is a lunch day, which is a Monday or Thursday, and the “Office for the Aging” cancels Lunch Club 60, the Center is still open. This announcement will be made on channels 8, 10, and 13. The Chili Senior Center is closed only if the Town of Chili is closed. This decision is made by Supervisor David Dunning. There will be a message on the answering machine, 889-6185.

“Creative Expressions ” Colored Pencil Class

Join this class. Simple guided step-by-step instructions. Techniques include applying color, layering, blending, etc. No prior art experience or drawing skills are required what-so-ever.

Tai Chi Presented by Lifespan

Storytelling

A place to tell our stories together. Heather Stevenson, of award-winning PUSH Physical Theatre, will be here to guide us through group exercises based on a concept for recalling and describing story details called, sense memory.  We will create and develop our writing for shared storytelling.

Breaking up with Sugar – New dates

Are you addicted to sugar? We will learn about the effects added sugar has on the body, how to recognize it in our foods, & consider the potentially toxic effects. We will also build awareness around & learn how to break addictive eating patterns. Each class will add a little home fun to apply what you are learning between sessions.
