Micro-Paving is a cost-effective and long-lasting remedy for worn pavement surfaces. Its a quick-set, polymer-modified overlay that removes rutting, fills pavement cracks and provides a durable, uniform, and skid resistant wearing surface that extends the service life of the pavement. While impacts could be as brief as 90 minutes, the humidity can impact cure time which could delay setting for up to 4 hours so we ask residents to plan accordingly for this short term inconvenience.

Signs have been or will be placed well in advance of the work to establish a pattern of not parking on the street. The day before the work the vendor will place door hangers on each street that will be impacted the following day. While we wish that we could give residents a better schedule, the vendor is subject to weather, equipment breakdowns and previously scheduled work that prevents more than a day’s notice.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some and we ask for your patience during the short-term impacts of working to improve your street.
